ORDERS

  • How to place an order on Shop Handmade India website?

It's very easy and simple to place your order on Handmadeindia.store. First of all, visit our store at www.shophandmade.in and choose products that you want to Order, then click "Add to Cart" and "Check out". Then fill in your information and pay. That's it!

  • How can I modify my order?

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email hello@shophandmade.in within 24 hours after placing your order.

SHIPPING

  • How do you ship and what is the shipping cost?

Shipping your order is based on the shipping options available in your area. Shipping cost may vary and is dependent on your exact location & shipping option. Shipping depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.

Shipping can range from Rs.60 - Rs.2000 for a single product, an additional shipping charge for each product ordered. On confirmation payment screen the total amount will be listed before processing.

  • Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping across India. However, due to the security reasons, we can’t deliver a shipment to the military areas.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process. We use a trusted and reliable delivery partner and aim to deliver your order between 7-10 days. 

  • How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

  • Why my shipment is delayed?

Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can be displayed after your order started being shipped.

PAYMENTS

  • How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping for our customers. We accept payment via UPI, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So, you can choose the most suitable payment method for you. All products are listed in INR Rupee, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing the order.

  • How to cancel my order?

It's very simple to cancel your order on Shop Handmade India. There are three ways by which you can confidently and easily cancel your order. 

1. You can drop an email at Hello@shophandmade.in with the subject " Cancel My Order " and we'll cancel your order as soon as we'll get your email. Please note cancellation will not be possible if your order has been packed and shipped. 

2. We always make a confirmation call / contact you through Whatsapp before dispatching your order, so you can straightforwardly change or cancel your order during that call.

3. You can also directly call us, to cancel your order, during our office hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM on the following numbers   7710035757
